Shipping & Returns

Our website system is not set up for automatic shipping estimation. Please contact us if you require an estimation before ordering. We will otherwise add the cost to your order upon taking payment.

Due to the unique, rare, valuable and often small manufacturing run nature of our products, loss in the post could mean an item is not replaceable or to remanufacture just the amount lost could be economically unviable. Therefore we offer the fastest, most secure post services we can whilst keeping the price reasonable.

Shipping companies will not offer compensation for gold items. We will ship gold but at the customer's risk and advise arranging insurance cover for the delivery. This can usually be added to home insurance policies. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Occasionally packages may be shipped by alternative services to those specified. This will usually be due to advice of the Post Office or shipping company used. We reserved to right to change the shipping method without notice.

Occasionally shipping costs may be miscalculated by our system. Though we do everything we can to prevent this mistakes may ocure. In this case we will inform the customer before shipping if we have to ask for extra postage to that specified on the order. If faster delivery methods are required, please call or email to let us know.
