All e-mail messages are treated as priority. We will make every effort to reply to your enquiry within two to three working days, advise you on the items offered on our website or help you with any queries about placing an order online and payments.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Orders may also be placed by telephone, fax, post or email.

We accept credit card payment including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping costs
The shipping cost will be calculated on receiving of order and emailed to the customer.

Delivery Schedule We at Dyer's International Limited make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way to you. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If there is a delay we will contact you. We do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that:
* Your chosen item is available.
* If it is not you can request us to order it for you. We place your order and contact you as soon as it comes in and arrange immediate delivery.
* The delivery address has been verified.
* Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a shipping reference number if available. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on delivery.
It is customary for the delivery companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Dyers International Limited will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a notification card we will be happy to assist you in contacting the courier company.
If any item cannot be delivered within the above stated time we will inform you immediately with a proposed delivery date. We are unable to change your delivery address after you have placed an order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges VAT is charged where applicable.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy Dyer's International Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If you wish to return or exchange an item/s please notify us by within 3 days of receiving the goods. All items must be returned to Dyer's International Limited in perfect condition.
We do not accept any item with any indication of damage or incorrect packaging upon return. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
You must include your receipt or invoice in the parcel you wish to return. Parcels with out receipt or invoice will not be accepted.
Returns received after the 14 day time frame will be at the discretion of Dyer's International Limited and will only be refunded with our credit note for the same value of the purchased item.

When sending a return, you must ask for recorded, signed for post, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. A full refund will then be given to the customer.
